Past performance is not indicative of future results. Earn products are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme.
1. Preamble and scope
1.1. These MyProsperise Earn General Terms (hereinafter the “Earn Terms”) govern access to and use of the MyProsperise Earn investment area, accessible through the Bank / Earn selector of the MyProsperise app.
1.2. MyProsperise Earn is a service separate from MyProsperise Bank. Earn balances, positions and transactions are kept separate, both in the accounts and visually, from banking balances and transactions.
1.3. These Terms apply to all programmes offered under the Crypto Staking and Locked Earn families.
1.4. Acceptance of these Terms, of the version in force and of the UTC date of acceptance is mandatory and is recorded before any subscription.
1.5. Prosperise Capital LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under FRN 792154. Any reference to authorisation is strictly limited to the scope of the FCA permissions actually held and verified.
General warning: all investments involve a risk of loss of capital. The subscriber must be fully aware that the value of their investment may fall and that they may lose all or part of the sums invested.
2. Definitions
- Asset: the crypto-asset offered (ETH, SOL, DOT, ADA for Crypto Staking; BTC, USDT for Locked Earn).
- Principal capital or Principal: the amount in USDT excluding fees, which determines the tier.
- Subscription fee: a flat amount depending on the tier (5 USDT Essential, 10 USDT Advanced/Prestige).
- Tier: Essential, Advanced or Prestige, assigned automatically according to the Principal.
- Expected return (or projected return): the total percentage expected for the full duration of the programme, set at activation within the applicable range.
- Assigned rate: the individual rate set by the Administration within the range at the time of activation.
- Position: an activated contractual commitment, with principal, rate, duration and timestamps fixed.
- Activation: the UTC date and time from which the expected return begins to accrue.
- Maturity: the exact UTC date and time of maturity.
- Rewards: the quantity of the asset calculated according to the contractual formula.
3. Products and families
3.1. Crypto Staking
Eligible assets: ETH (Ethereum), SOL (Solana), DOT (Polkadot), ADA (Cardano).
3.2. Locked Earn
Eligible assets: BTC (Bitcoin), USDT (Tether USD).
BTC and USDT are under no circumstances presented as being subject to native staking through proof-of-stake consensus.
3.3. Subscription
All subscriptions are denominated in USDT.
Available networks, subject to the operational availability adopted: ERC-20 (Ethereum), BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain), TRC-20 (TRON).
The receiving address, the exact amount and the network are fixed when the request is created and are clearly displayed.
4. Tiers, thresholds and fees
| Tier | Minimum Principal | Maximum Principal | Subscription fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | 1,000 USDT | 9,999.99 USDT | 5 USDT |
| Advanced | 10,000 USDT | 99,999.99 USDT | 10 USDT |
| Prestige | 100,000 USDT | No overall maximum | 10 USDT |
- Tier assignment is automatic and mandatory.
- Total amount requested = Principal + Fees.
- No additional exit fee is provided for in the fee schedule in force.
- Any change to fees applies only to new subscriptions and gives rise to a new version of the grid.
5. Expected return grid (version 2026-10-v2)
The percentages below represent the total expected return for the full duration of the programme.
| Duration | Essential | Advanced | Prestige |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 months | 7% to 10% | 22% to 25% | 34.5% to 38% |
| 12 months | 15% to 18% | 32% to 35% | 42.58% to 46.08% |
| 24 months | 35.5% to 39% | 66.5% to 70% | 95% to 98.5% |
| 60 months | 106.5% to 110% | 181.5% to 185% | 246.5% to 250% |
- The applicable range depends on the combination of tier and duration.
- At activation, the Administration sets the individual rate within the range (initial proposal equal to the lower bound, unless a reasoned decision provides otherwise).
- Any assignment outside the range is rejected by the system and logged.
- After activation, the principal (in units of the asset), the rate, the duration, the activation timestamp and the contractual version are permanently fixed.
Warning: although the expected return is set at activation, all investments involve a risk of loss of capital. The subscriber may lose all or part of the sums invested.
An equivalent annual rate may be displayed purely for information, clearly described as such, and never replaces the total expected return.
6. Reward calculation formula
The quantity of the asset at any time t is calculated using the formula:
Q(t) = Q₀ × (1 + R)^(t / T)
where:
- Q₀ = initial capital in units of the asset at activation;
- R = assigned total expected return (expressed as a proportion);
- t = exact time elapsed since activation (capped at maturity);
- T = exact duration between activation and maturity.
At maturity: Q(T) = Q₀ × (1 + R) and Reward = Q₀ × R.
- Calculations are performed with a decimal precision suited to each asset.
- Timestamps are in UTC.
- No daily posting of rewards; calculation on demand.
Warning: the rewards calculated according to this formula constitute the expected return. All investments involve a risk of loss of capital. The subscriber must be aware that they may lose all or part of their investment.
7. Access and authorisations
7.1. Viewing the offers and general explanations is unrestricted.
7.2. Operational access (subscription, positions, withdrawals) requires:
- an active account;
- a “verified” KYC status;
- explicit administrative approval.
7.3. Authorisation process:
- Request submitted by the eligible user.
- Timestamped recording and notification to the Administration.
- Decision to approve or refuse, logged and notified.
- In the event of refusal, a new request is possible only 30 days after the exact timestamp of the refusal.
- The Administration may revoke access at any time. A revocation cannot be circumvented by a new user request.
7.4. Account suspension or loss of KYC status: new transactions are automatically blocked. Existing positions are preserved and managed in accordance with the exception rules.
8. Subscription and activation
- Choice of family (Crypto Staking or Locked Earn).
- Selection of the asset, the Principal in USDT and the duration (6, 12, 24 or 60 months).
- Display of the tier, the expected return range, the estimated quantity of the asset, the fees and the total amount.
- Express acceptance of the Earn Terms (version, UTC date and request identifier recorded).
- Presentation of the network and the transfer arrangements.
- Validity of the request: 7 days. Cancellation possible before approval. Automatic and irreversible expiry.
- Administrative review and decision.
- At activation: possible update of the reference price, final determination of the quantity of the asset and of the rate within the range.
- The expected return begins to accrue exclusively from the UTC activation timestamp, never from the date of the request.
Warning: the expected return is set at activation. All investments involve a risk of loss of capital. The subscriber may lose all or part of the sums invested.
9. Life cycle, early unlocking and closure
9.1. Ongoing
Rewards are calculated in quantities of the asset according to the contractual formula. Monitoring of performance, milestones and maturities.
9.2. Early unlocking

- The initial quantity of the asset is retained in accordance with the contractual rules.
- Reasoned administrative decision, timestamped, notified and logged.
- No automatic movement of funds.
9.3. Maturity and closure
- Calculation stopped exactly at the UTC maturity.
- Automatic closure if the account is active, the KYC is “verified” and access has not been revoked.
- In the event of suspension, invalid KYC or revocation: status requiring administrative review.
- No automatic renewal.
- No automatic transfer (bank or blockchain) on closure. Withdrawals remain subject to the defined administrative approval flow.
