These terms govern the use of the MyProsperise services offered by Prosperise Capital LLP (FCA 792154). Investment services are provided by Prosperise Capital LLP. Account and payment services are provided by authorised partners whose identity is disclosed contractually. By using MyProsperise, you accept all applicable terms.
This page brings together the documents that govern your relationship with MyProsperise. Each service follows its own rules: a payment account provided by a partner institution, an Earn product linked to crypto-assets and an investment in ETFs or shares differ in their nature, their risks and the parties involved. The documents below are versioned and dated; the version applicable to a transaction is the one accepted at the time of that transaction.

2. The MyProsperise model in brief
MyProsperise is a trading name of Prosperise Capital LLP (FCA 792154). Investment services are provided directly by Prosperise Capital LLP within the scope of its permissions. Account, payment and IBAN services are provided by one or more authorised partners, whose identity is disclosed to the client in the contractual documents.
MyProsperise offers a neobank experience (white-label online banking). Accounts, IBANs and payment services are provided by a duly authorised partner institution. Prosperise Capital LLP is not a credit institution and does not accept deposits in its own name.
3. General Terms of Use
The General Terms of Use form the common foundation for all services. They describe, in particular, the identity and status of the publisher, the partnership-based neobank model, the conditions of access and identity verification, the security of credentials, the presentation of the services, the absence of advice, the risks, liabilities, the duration and termination of the relationship, and the governing law.
4. Specific Terms — Accounts, cards and payments
The Specific Terms — Accounts set out the role of the partner institution that provides the account, the possible types of account (named account, virtual IBAN, payment account or electronic money account), the Classic, Advantage and Elite cards, transfers, the savings feature, fees, the protection of funds and security. They must be expressly accepted before any account is opened.
Accounts, IBANs and payment services are provided by a duly authorised partner institution. Prosperise Capital LLP is not a credit institution. The protection of funds depends on the regime applicable to the partner institution (bank deposit, payment account or electronic money). Information on deposit guarantee schemes, where applicable, is provided in the contractual documents.
5. General Terms — MyProsperise Earn
The MyProsperise Earn General Terms (version 2026-10-v2, in force since 14 October 2026) govern the Crypto Staking and Locked Earn programmes: eligible assets, tiers and subscription fees, the expected return grid, the reward calculation formula, access and authorisations, subscription and activation, early unlocking, maturity and closure, risks and annexes.
Crypto-assets are extremely volatile and carry a risk of total loss of the capital invested. The return targets shown are not guaranteed and may not be achieved. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Earn products are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme.
6. Specific Terms — MyProsperise Invest (ETFs & Shares)
The Specific Terms — Invest describe the activation of the area, the catalogue of twenty-seven instruments, the purchase journey, the order status cycle, funding from the main balance or by a USDT transfer, the “Held” status, sale and settlement, the specific regime for Dangote Cement, monthly plans, dividends, the 0% MyProsperise commission and other costs, as well as the risks.
Investing in ETFs and shares involves a risk of loss of capital. Prices can go down as well as up. The “Held” status means that the execution of the order has been verified and that the position is recorded with the corresponding custody references. This status constitutes internal proof of holding. It does not constitute a guarantee against market risk.
7. Loans and financing solutions
MyProsperise may facilitate introductions to partners for financing solutions. The granting of credit, the APR, the total cost and the terms are the responsibility of the lending institution. A loan is a commitment to repay. The information presented is indicative. The APR, the total cost and the terms are set out in the pre-contractual documents. The applicable rules are set out in article 20 of the General Terms of Use.
8. AI assistant
The MyProsperise conversational assistants (Invest Assistant, MyProsperise Earn AI) are explanatory and informational tools.
The assistant explains; it does not give investment advice. Buying and selling decisions are yours.
The assistants apply firm refusals: they do not tell you what to buy, do not give an opinion on the right time to buy or sell, do not suggest any amount or allocation and make no price or performance forecasts. The decision to sell or to hold is yours. They cannot carry out any transaction and have no access to proof-of-holding documents.
9. No advice and risk warning
The information published on myprosperise.app and in the MyProsperise app is purely informational and general in nature. It does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, a public offer of financial securities, or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. All investments involve a risk of loss of capital, up to and including total loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No performance is guaranteed.
Indicative simulation. No guaranteed return. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
